Users must also be able to come with their gadgets and get space where they will put their gadgets and plug in for battery charging and e.tc. This is a no study zone, if someone would like to study him/her is not welcome to the space because he will improvise those who are there for networking and idea sharing purposes. This networking spaces must also have resources for presentations, this can be either smart boards or over head projectors. Certain types of rules will have to be set so that the place serves the purpose of ideas sharing and networking, all factors that can hinder this must be eliminated and that is by set rules. All Libraries will then have to come with their own rules that best suits them and their respective community. One thing that must be stipulated is the level of noise that is acceptable for the networking space.
Comfort-ability is also a crucial thing, the networking place must be way too different from the traditional study area with Lecture Room like tables and chairs. The networking area must have couches, coffee tables or cafe' like tables and yes this tables must be suitable for coffee because this areas will have to serve coffee and snacks as I have said.
Air Conditioning must be chilled breeze, not too hot or too cold, but just chilled allowing uses to be in a chilled yet interactive mood. Drawing boards for each table available are a must should any group of users want to do a presentation to themselves and not everyone in the room. Such things as pens.ruler,pencils and e.tc must be freely available at the network center reception.
